I'm really disappointed at only finding out TODAY after eagerly looking forward to this that it's only for iOS. Developer-speak aside, can you please please provide any kind of estimate/window on when this will be up on the Android version?

I can handle this one. At room temperature the brain and organs will start dying in just a couple minutes. All the blood is being drained from the body and OP will be in cardiac arrest so the heart/lungs can be operated on directly. Hypothermia is induced to extend the amount of time the procedure can be performed. As for the 20-30 minutes, I'm guessing even with the hypothermia the procedure has to be temporarily interrupted to get some blood flowing. I am not a doctor and that last part is purely a guess.
