Do you think the jury should have the job of sentencing instead of the judge?

Interesting points. I agree with you on prostitution and all other victim-less crimes being legal and lowered mandatory minimums. But you're right, we shouldn't give the sentencing job to one or the other, I believe it should be your choice at trial, picking either judge or jury to do it, I believe it's done this way in Texas under some circumstances.
