I'm a university student in the UK hoping to go into working with immunisation in sub-saharan Africa, what would be the best thing to do in the next few years given I graduate in the next few months?

I have this as well, my knees frequently dislocate seemingly at random (although a lot less so now after the 3 years of physio I had) the worst part is trying to walk on ice it's literally a death trap.
