I really don't think it works that way. Maybe short term like right after they orgasm but in the long run you are creating some strong and dark thought patterns. I don't think fantasies like that should be illegal but I don't buy that making a system that rewards (orgasm) undesirable ideas and desires (pedophilia) will "get their urges out". Just how punching shit when you're mad has been shown to just reinforce violent behavior.
