Hello, I met a psychologist for the first time inny life this week. She is into cognitive behavour therapy. What are the benefits with cbt and what disadvantage of this type of therapy? (I got diagnosed with depression, anxiety, anger issues, maybe dur to my Graves disease) What type of therapy would you recommend?
