I used to own a busy nightclub, and ended up using women as bouncers outside, guys inside. Women were better (or more tolerant) with dickheads and drunks and were considerably less likely to get a smack.

All you need to do is specialise in the “last mile”. Local connections and delivery. The auto truck prob can’t unload, so most automation will be long distance.

Actually it was existing staff ending up on the entrance. The best ones turned out to be mums who's kids had grown up and moved on. They actually liked being on the outside because it was steadier and better pay than waitressing/bar, but it was also more sociable for them. They would chat to punters in the queue. There were very few scuffles with the women, more like drunk outrage and/or raised voices.. the gorillas were always nearby.

Also, any woman who has had teenage boys knows how to talk to an over-drunk muppet who's trying his luck.
