As a doctor, which speciality is the most likely to get you a post with MSF? Are Peadiatricians often recurited?

In short, what aspects of democratization do you see as having to play out differently to allow for conservation of Islamist culture? & Although I lack any sort of knowledge in the subject, I can imagine that Islamist culture varies from region to region, despite this - do you think that Westernization is perceived as a cultural threat by most Islamists or not?
