Increased amounts for those with kids, pensioners etc I think. Plus things like housing benefit simply cannot be scrapped as that would leave the poorest effectively destitute. The costs add up quite quickly.

Catch is however is that this policy isn't proposed in isolation. Every single policy needs to be costed. And this one alone costs £270bn.
The damage done to the economy of banning all animal research or limiting motorway speeds to 55mph or even banning nuclear energy will render just this one costing irrelevant.
