I am on 225mg of Effexor XR a day. It is the ONLY anti-depressant that has ever helped me...but I am definitely terrified of ever having to get off it.

The MAX therapuetic dose is 300mg of Effexor XR....why did they have you on 450??? I can't imagine trying to get off that.
