I was eating at a restaurant inside Disneyland a couple summers back.. someone left a backpack behind at one of the outside tables. Not 5 minutes later, the area was roped off, and a fully uniformed officer (armed) with a dog came out of nowhere did their business, and a couple minutes later were gone.
