4HC was a failure!? That's a huge bummer. So far that's been the only book to approach cooking the way I like. Hell, I still use it and just used it this week!

I am not a fan of RTS's in general (probably because I'm terrible at them), but I must say Age of Empires has been a favorite series of mine for a long time and have spent countless enjoyable hours on the games, so thanks for that! Start small (a few team members, virtually no capital), try and get managers that will let you experiment a little. Then document your progress, if you can give a certain value (20% faster or earned 10% more) then they will be more willing to really listen. If it fails no biggie nothing was lost. And then try something else after learning from the previous.
