Have you ever had to end a tour early/ land early due to customers?

Is it all staged? Do you know so and so is going to give you this much, or is it all real when your in there and they are offering.

When you get hit there (everyone has) do you (if you know) feel it more then the average person would? When your hit there do they all hurt? Just wondering because its hell hit in the 2 but 3 must be INSANE!
