MS Office only comes on the computer as a trial. MS Office has always been a separate purchase from Windows computers.

Perhaps there was a deal going on in which that happened, but traditionally MS Office is not free.

Agreed. I tend to talk to the customer and gather information and then fill them out later. I feel rude whipping out the sheet, asking questions like a god damn survey, and writing as they're talking to me. I like to give them my full attention.
