Thank you for all of your work pushing for our privacy rights amongst other things and releasing "Unleashed and Unaccountable" there is some really amazing information in there.

  1. Are there any suits the *ACLU/EFF will be bringing against the FBI?

  2. What is the value of website privacy policies post-leaks and is there an avenue for civil suits against companies' compliance with the NSA as a breach of their own policy against the user?

  3. Is there any inquiry into the DEA upon the basis that parallel construction may have occurred between it and above mentioned agencies for criminal convictions?

  4. What kind of oversight, in your opinion, is required for comprehensive reviews of these agencies to assure that civil liberties are not continually infringed upon?
