My friends and I are making a podcast. We're all huge nerds, and we love a variety of different nerdy scores. What is the legality of using video game music in our D&D podcast? What kind of trouble can we get into?

Well currently we're using all free stuff from the bros at incompetech. Until we're further along to a point where we're ready with the website, to generate some traffic, we're still working off a budget of zero dollar, so hiring a music man is kind of out of our reach.
