Just so you're aware, I think you'd be a hit if you streamed on Twitch.tv. In between games you could play guitar for your audience while in queue and believe me, once people start finding your stream, it'll blow up fast. Just a thought!
Also I just wanted to say that I've enjoyed your music for many years now, thanks for all the awesomeness.

Have you tried Excedrin Migraine for your headaches? I ask because I've experienced chronic headaches since childhood (had a MRI at age 8 to find the cause). I never received an official diagnosis, or my parents never shared it with me but my headaches have slowed as I've gotten older. I still get a lot of headaches but I've greatly narrowed down the causes and can largely avoid most of them. I used to take vicodin, imitrex, and some other prescription headache/migraine but unless I have an actual migraine, Excedrin Migraine dulls 95% of my headaches. I can't recommend taking them for 4 headaches a day, since you'd go over the max dose of Acetaminophen, but if they work as well for you as they do for me, then you could use them for the really bad headaches.

If I wait too long to eat, usually around 6+ hours after waking with no food I get a headache. If the first thing I eat is very salty or very sugary, I'll get a headache. Also because I drink coffee, I get caffeine withdraw headaches if I miss a day of coffee. Those are diet related which can be avoided. I also get them because of stress. If I have something important coming up and I'm stressing, I'll very likely get a headache in the day(s) leading up to. Too little sleep is fine, but too much sleep will give me throbbing headaches (10+ hours). Also the anticipation of needing to wake up early the next morning (anxiety) gives me a headache the night before.

When I was younger and got them almost everyday, I think it was largely due to having a very short fuse and so many things bothered me and set me off, so it was high stress levels for a kid and my head was always pulsing (really bad behind the eyes). Stress has always been one of the most unavoidable headache triggers for me.

But yea Excedrin Migraine, I guess the combination of Acetaminophen, caffeine and Aspirin, has been extremely reliable in getting rid of most of my headaches and has very few side effects (caffeine will keep you jittery for a bit). I take 2 if it's bad, and 1 if I know I'm just starting to get one. I suggested this because I've know many people who suffer from headaches and migraines and everytime I recommend this, people always thank me immensely because it's so effective without a prescription.

Good luck if you try it. I really hope it helps.
