This needs to be answered. I actually enjoy watching the beginning 30 seconds when they're still setting up the plot and the sex hasn't started yet, and I often wonder how much of it is scripted and how much is just "ok you need an A on this paper and he's your teacher, GO"

The WW2 memorial is really more of a traditional monument than a memorial, in the sense that it glorifies the achievements during that war more than it mourns the sacrifices made. This makes sense, given that most people feel it was a just and honorable war. The Vietnam memorial stands in very stark contrast to the WW2 in that there's no real attempt to glorify anything, just a terrible list of names and death dates. It's moving in its restraint. The Korean War memorial works on a similar level. No glorification, just a haunting field with frozen figures and a simple plaque.

Just guessing, but I would think the loud banging noises might actually help, since they're happening in a safe place, and continual enough to start breaking the startle reflex.

What question do you most want to be asked in this AMA? I can think of a few questions I'd want someone to ask if I were dying, just so I could talk about the answers. Some thought about life, some story I've never had the right opportunity to share, etc. What do you need to get off your chest?
