1. If one is visiting, can they get by with English? Only in UB, or throughout the country?

2. I've read online that foreigner "sexpats" have become an issue, to the point where Mongolian men are known to be quite aggressive and even violent. Is this all true?

My mom's from Singapore and I've been to Japan before, but never as far west as Mongolia. Would love to go someday!
