Asides from meths, what's your favouite dish to cook? I like chicken.

You know what (and sorry to be blunt), when I see a fat person out walking, taking exercise, my first thought isn't "haha, fat person", it's more filled with respect and admiration.

We all have many faults - fat person is out doing something about it, whereas most likely I am not... and makes me realize that said person is probably better then I.

I think I could have phrased this all a wee bit better, in summation, we all are (or should be) our worst critics so don't worry what others think - you'll probably be pleasantly surprised, and definitely don't let it stop you from doing good :)
