How do you feel about the terminology "male to female"? Do you personally use terms such as "coercively assigned male at birth", etc.? I know every person is different, so I'm asking you personally. Congratulations on your surgery, and I hope you have a speedy and full recovery!!

Cover the couch in tinfoil. Sounds nuts but they HATE it.

Edit: reward them for using the scratchers, too.

We had a similar problem. Solved it by mixing the dry with just a little wet. After a few days, we upped the amount of wet food. Eventually we decreased the dry and finally, our cat eats both. He prefers the dry but definitely won't turn up his nose at wet. Tbf there are some cats who are just picky, but most can be convinced!
