I've actually heard only one story, where the DEA searched a small bale of hay and found some.

We don't look. It's not our job to actively search out problems. However, if we do happen to see it, say if a box breaks open, we are required to report it and get feds involved, etc..

That being said, SHIP YOUR WEED THROUGH USPS FIRST CLASS. They're not legally allowed to open it. WE ARE.

It has to be 5K, I've had trucks come in daily with upwards of a thousand PC's brick stacked on skids, not a single one bagged. generally, every package is handled correctly. They're not dropped, tossed, etc.. but sometimes people do it on purpose. We usually fire those people, because they suck and can't do their jobs right. We hate when employees break things, but with a million packages a day it's one of the hardest things to control.

just know that it's ultimately up to the shipper to make sure the package is packaged properly, and insures it if it's high value. if it's packaged properly, it WILL survive the worst employees.

Sup here. He means High Value packages, not loads. High Values are packages claimed at over $5,000 and generally have insurance. They can't go through the system, but instead are unloaded to the irreg belt, and are signed for by the outbound belt supervisor so that it makes service, and was not damaged along the way. Also, they're usually wrapped in a waterproof bag with red stripes.

If we determine that it's theft, termination and jail time is in order. There's a whole investigation process done by the Security department. that's IF. If you're found innocent, "don't do this again, initial here, kthxbye."
