Did you ever test the giant flying Frisbee myth? Whether it's possible to scale a Frisbee to the size of a spaceship?

I'm a package handler at UPS and i used to work at a UPS store. Not sure about FedEx, but for UPS 2 day it'll go as far as it can via ground on the first day, then fly a short distance closer to it's destination on the second. With a next day package it's a longer flight, therefore it costs more in fuel. Jet fuel is expensive...
