Animals and bugs and such are around. They would be the receiver.

Todd. Like a certain episode, or something that happened with a cast member, or anything.

In the steam client, at the top left corner click steam. Then settings I believe, and change your download location to the same as your friend. (not looking at steam at the moment so the wording may be different) That has cleared up every issue with connecting with friends for me.
