I think there's a misunderstanding. So its just an honor system? You don't check to see if your members are actually toeing the line and following the law?

What are your Board members names?

That doesn't answer their first question. Who are you targeting to influence with the clock?

Considering what you do and your level of access, how do you internally check yourself to make sure your members are not abusing the powers and authorities that they have to their own ends?
