How bad was it? Were there moments of desperation where you had to get out of there?

How you decide whether or not to leave a package at the door, if no signature is required? I can see how you would leave it on a porch in a nice neighborhood, and not on the sidewalk in a sketchy neighborhood, but most situations fall between that. I'd especially like to hear about dealing with apartments.

You did a lot of one-off appearances on TV shows. Did you have any tricks to try and get invited back? For instance, leaving your keys in the dressing room to have an excuse to come back the next day.

I'm a huge fan of the audio edition of The Economist and have always wondered about how it's produced.

• Are most 'normal length' stories recorded in one take, or is there a lot of editing that happens?
• There are a lot of seemingly 'breaking news' last minute stories that get added into the Leaders section. How late in the game do you record? Do you record Leaders at the very last minute, and the feature length stuff ahead of time?
