I've been considering therapy for a couple of years as I'm still dealing with a lot of anxiety from a past relationship. What could I expect from my first therapy session?

These women (and men!) are literally doing every part of running a business. It's not like they're just sitting around taking selfies all day. They're marketing and advertising constantly, creating content, talking to clients all day long, doing taxes, etc. It's real work, especially to make it turn over as much profit as the OP is.

I have friends who are creators on OF, and they dedicate time to it every day but don't make anywhere near as much as some of the top creators.

It's absolutely not easy work to build up a huge client base

I have my first ever therapy consultation on Monday. I'm in the UK so I understand the process is probably slightly different compared to in the US, but what can I expect from the consultation and first therapy sessions going forward?
