as someone who used to live in detroit i thank you for your services. Really.

question: how do you feel about being videotaped in public? assuming the person taping is not interfering with your job. Whats the general consensus among officers?

What can I do if i(F) am falsely accused of sexual harassment by someone(M) I manage?

I was wrongly accused of sending inappropriate text to the accuser and HR took possession of my phone and forced me to give them complete access as part of the investigation.

During the investigation, i was suspended from work with pay but HR went as far as removing my name from company directory. They later claim it was a mistake before restoring it eventually.

HR could not find proof and closed the case without any resulting action other than moving the accuser to another department. HR also gave stern warning as to not seek any 'retribution' against the accuser.

I believe this was a malicious accusation and have caused me a lot of anxiety which also triggered myriad of health-related issues. Is there something more that I can do? without jeopardizing my job/reputation?

EDIT: after reading the entire thread, realized there is nothing I can do...
