I've seen him around Seattle twice in the short time I've lived here. The first time he sat behind us at the crappiest Chinese food restaurant I ever ate at. Him and his wife were sitting with another couple and he completely hogged the conversation. He was also rocking back and forth the whole time in sterotypical fashion. The second time he was at a medical complex I was in going to see my eye doctor, not sure who he was seeing but he was standing by himself waiting for the elevator. He didn't have bodyguards with him either time which surprised me.
