Why do horror franchises do this? Friday the 13 didn't have Kane Hodder, Nightmare on Elm Street didn't have Robert Englund. I couldn't imagine a Leprechaun without Warwick or a Childs Play without Brad Dourif

How much creative license are you afforded by HBO? Has there ever been a story treatment or scene that was rejected by HBO for whatever reason?
