My dad is in the middle of very likely getting diagnosed with hereditary spastic paraplegia and is losing function in his legs. Is there anything to your knowledge that could delay or slow the progress if I also have it? I am already showing symptoms (overactive bladder, possible epilepsy) and very worried as I am a very active person and mobility is involved in every aspect of my life. I am 33F and active in sports/gym/physical job.
