If NASA wants to go back to the moon, why don't you just build a Saturn V rocket and lunar lander according to the 1969 plans and launch it? Why should it take ten years again?

It's rumored Office for iPad has been ready and on the shelf for a long time before release, if so, what did you do with the extra time available, add features and polish or just wait?

Is Office for iPad more complete because of it?
