I read St Faustina's diary and have long been reflecting on the Chaplet and Novena intentions- specifically for souls not in communion with the Catholic Church. From the diary Jesus says to Faustina:

Say unceasingly this chaplet that I have taught you. Anyone who says it will receive great Mercy at the hour of death. Priests will recommend it to sinners as the last hope. Even the most hardened sinner, if he recites this Chaplet even once, will receive grace from My Infinite Mercy. I want the whole world to know My Infinite Mercy. I want to give unimaginable graces to those who trust in My Mercy...."

....When they say this Chaplet in the presence of the dying, I will stand between My Father and the dying person not as the just judge but as the Merciful Savior".

The only grace and mercy at death I can think of would be not to be sent to Hell. Can Catholics pray non-Catholics into Heaven?

How would you define a 'Domestic' enemy as it regards the oath you took as a Marine and what you may take as a Congressman? Example- Should the POTUS be able to launch a war without Congressional approval as Obama did in Libya 2011? Do you support the assassination of US citizens without due process as Obama did in Yemen? Do you support the imperial presidency that Obama has initiated- is that why you are a Democrat? The D&C booted God from their political platform in 2012 before putting it back in against the wishes of the majority- are you an Atheist or soviet era Socialist as many in that party seem to be but are afraid to admit to being?

I see in your other responses you have not, but do you want to forgive your brother?

I can only imagine it is very difficult but the desire to do so may allow it eventually. Forgiving someone doesn't always or necessarily mean they are not still to be held responsible or must pay reparation of some kind. I am very sorry for your loss.
