Excellent. That's normal. If they overlap more than an eensy bit, it can be a sign of a genetic disorder called Marfan's Syndrome. Other symptoms of said disorder include being tall and skinny, and having spontaneous collapsed lungs, and it can also cause major heart problems.

Yes, some people do. I've been told it was my own fault I couldn't afford medications - apparently I should drop out of school, give up on my dreams, and work full time (as if I could find anything) to be able to afford healthcare. I've been told that changing the system is "wrong" because people who are rich deserve the very best, as they've earned their success, and a more equitable system of healthcare would take this away from them.
