Do you still maintain a 'day job', or has playing music become your primary income source?

As someone that works at a Forbes 4 star hotel (which the management team made a huge deal out of), I imagine that your standards are probably similar to that of a 3 Michelin star rated restaurant.

What kind of unique amenities does the hotel provide to guests? How much do your top tier suites generally go for, and how often do they get trashed?

I recently purchased a used Wii off Craigslist for my wife's birthday, it seemed to work perfectly when I tested it out. On the way home I went and purchased Super Smash Brothers (new) as my wife loved this game for the Gamecube. When we tried to play tried to play SSB, it couldn't read the disc. All other games worked fine. I did a little research and found that a small number of older consoles had issues reading dual-layer discs (such as SSB) and the only way to get it fixed was to send it in to Nintendo, and hope that it was within warranty.

I called Nintendo to see what they could do, and it turned out the console was about four years outside of it's warranty. Nevertheless, they sent me a free shipping label, and told me they would repair it for free AND provide a one-year manufacturer warranty, as if it were a new product.

I got the console back about a week later and we've been virtually beating the crap out of each other since.

Best customer service I've had to date!
