Why Serbia? I know you mentioned that that's where the surgical team practices, but what drew you to them specifically?

I recently started Xarelto and was told that it's the "new class" of anticoagulants, as opposed to the "old class" which includes Warfarin/Coumadin. The old class has lots of food-related contraindications, like Vitamin K (so no leafy greens or green tea). The advantage of the new class is that those contraindications aren't supposed to be a problem.
