Yup this is accurate. I’m from NYC and was making a heavily taxed $85k a year and living in a small apartment. Thanks to Covid, my company went full remote and I moved to SoFlo. First off, I make sooo much more money not paying state or city tax. Second, the cost of living is so much cheaper (although now it’s spiking). I went from living in a small ass apartment in Brooklyn to renting a decent-sized 2 bedroom house, was able to buy a sporty car AND I save way more money than I did before. Plus the fishing down here is amazing.

How often are drug tests? Does being a medical cannabis patient exclude a person from the job?
