Interesting AMA! As someone fairly new to home brewing, I feel like I should exploit this opportunity :)

What are your thoughts on dry-hopping? For example, I just tried some of our Hop-Nog after one week in primary and the hop character isn't quite up to par. Is dry-hopping the way to go or should I just bite the bullet and stick with what I've got?
