Do you have a tax exemption card? Do you believe that tax exemption cards are a good system - even though the agreement with the government to do that was so long ago?

I used to work retail and saw about 10 tax exempt customers per day, so just very curious on what your take is on it (most of them don't even look Native-American at all, but somehow they qualify because their brother's sister's wife's mother is, so they get the card).
