"Meat drapes"

I'm not op but I'll give you mine. I'm told by a ton of folks it's some of the best guacamole around.

STUFF:

3 ripe Avocados (I usually get the bigger ones, but you can scale the recipe if needed)

1/4th of a white onion, chopped decently small

About the same amount of tomato diced small as well

About a tablespoon sized bunch of fresh cilantro diced small

One quarter jalapeño diced small (if you like heat)

8-10 shakes of garlic salt

4 shakes onion powder

4-6 shakes or twists of black pepper

2 small shakes of cumin

1 good shake chili powder

2 squeezes of lime juice (or About half a lime)

PREP:

Mash the cados in a bowl 1st. With a masher or a fork

Add seasonings and stir

Add chopped veggies and stir

Add lime juice

FINAL STEPS:

Test for flavor. Add a pinch of regular salt if needed

Finally, my biggest secret that sets it OFF.

Add a heaping spoonful of sour cream and stir it in good. This makes it really creamy. The Mexican sour cream with the green lid is best but any will suffice.

Bonus guac tip:

If for some CRAZY reason you don't eat it all in one sitting, put it in a Tupperware and pour a thin layer of lemon juice over the top. It won't be enough to ruin the flavor, but it will keep it from browning overnight in the fridge.

My own humble pod just released its 68th episode. We get a decent amount of listens/views but haven't been able to bridge the gap to getting ad revenue or sponsorship or anything. Just curious about any insight you may have. Thanks
