Thanks for doing the AMA, I've been enjoying your work and although I started as a vegan for more political reasons, the change I've felt in my health has really inspired me to reach out to others I know that are struggling and that is seemingly a much easier way to approach it for most people.

What do you think of the raw vegan movement? Do you think that it is worth it?
