Sorry again about the wall of text -- I actually forgot to mention a few things and hope it's not totally overwhelming to add this comment here!

If you happen to know if you are of Ashkenazi or Sephardic descent, that also could help differentiate subtype of CAH (21-hydroxylase is very common in Ashkenazim with 11b-HSD being more common in Sephardim). Thyroid issues, GERD, and autoimmune issues are more commonly associated with Ashkenazi ancestry if I'm remembering correctly (but hypothyroidism in Ashkenazi is associated with exceptional longevity too, so that's kind of cool!).

Also, on the POTS front, Mayo Clinic also has a panel of tests for autoimmune disorders that they check for in patients diagnosed with POTS. I believe they're able to identify antibodies in about 50% of patients with POTS, but everything came back fine for me. If your symptoms of POTS are more associated with EDS than an autoimmune disorder, I think it would likely come back similar for you, but just something to think about, I suppose...
