I’m not sure what your point is about % white, how is that even relevant to this conversation? You seem like the kind of guy who absolutely loves white people, I bet you’d love rural Oregon with its right wing militias and wackjob cowboys.

And you’ll stick with BC? Do you know how similar BC, Washington and Oregon are ? Politically , culturally, ecologically all considered part of the Cascadia bioregion. I don’t understand for a second why you’d tolerate BC but couldn’t stand Oregon.

Never been to Oregon huh ? Don’t believe everything Fox News or satirical shows like Portlandia inform you about places you’ve never been, I’m sure you are smarter than than. there are strong conservative political movement here, especially in rural areas. Lots of vibrant and diverse Latinx and immigrant communities. And in fact, the state is pretty friendly tax-wise to major corporations. Nike and Intel haven’t left. Don’t use Portlandia skits as your basis for reality
