being attacked by same nationalist/skinhead mob on the subway, in a bar, streets etc.

That's not what happens in Russian cities, any kind of organized skinhead movements have been broken up a good dozen years ago.

61 out of 450 Duma deputies are women. Most judges are women. Only one woman minister in the Government, though.

The kind of sexism prevalent in Russia you can see in /u/JuliaIoffe's comment, though: "oh noes, he paid for us both, and is now holding the door as I pass!" "oh noes, the state guarantees me a year and a half paid vacation on childbirth!" "how terrible that the children will always stay with me on divorce if only I ask!" "oh woe only men get conscripted!"

Like Russia never let anyone before remember ?

Chechnya got de-facto independence after the first war.

Sure, that lead to them building their economy on kidnapping Russians for slavery and ransom, and ended with them directly attacking Russia. But they were given independence.

That's just the most recent example. If you look at the historic ones, Finland, for instance, seceded from Russia and was let go.
