I recently went to Spain and decided to learn a little bit of Spanish using Duolingo beforehand. I was under the impression that you use the formal "Buenos Dias" with people you don't know, but it seemed like every waiter/cab driver/hotel clerk/etc. used the familiar "Hola" instead. When is it appropriate to use each? Does it vary by country?

I was in the same situation, absolutely look into getting a sleep study done! I have moderate sleep apnea, and before I had my CPAP, it didn't matter how much I slept a night, I would wake up exhausted with headaches and would nod off in meetings at work. Now I feel perfectly refreshed after 7-8 hours.

Hi! I live in Canada and just started biking to work every day this year. It's about a 9km ride each way. Any tips for riding all year? I am thinking of getting a second simpler bike (maybe a fixie or three speed) with larger tires for winter, but will see how things go through late autumn first.

Thanks! What about preventative maintenance? We use a lot of salt on our roads during the winter so corrosion is a big problem. Is there a product you would recommend to protect the chain?
