Do you think he "became" mentally ill over the time that you were married? I always wonder, especially if they "used to be normal". Other diseases sort of creep up on you when you least expect them.

I've been on ziplines in Thailand and in Hawaii and I really don't see how I could have possibly "slipped" out of a harness at either place - even if I had tried super hard. We were also clipped to a safety wire at all times in both places, so even if I'd jumped off the platform intentionally, I'd have just hung there by my harness, dangling around and looking like a fool.

So, I'm curious - how do you think this resulted from "user error"? Or by "user error" do you mean the dude who built the zipline?

What about the Enron dude who got "divorced" so he and his "ex-wife" could get away with a bazillion of fraudulent Enron dollars (which they did)? Have you written about that?
