I live in Orlando. Why is it that all of the Brazilians that visit the area are always insufferable and rude? Is it because there is no real middle class in Brazil, so anyone they don't see as wealthy is basically scum?

I can confirm this happens. I worked for sprint for a time and Brazilian tourists paid full msrp in cash on a regular basis. Sometimes dropping over 5k at a time

What are your thoughts regarding schools not allowing students to go out and view the eclipse?

As a kid, I fondly remember similar events being a big deal and a great way to get kids into science.
