Everyone seems to agree that Kony should be arrested. The Kony2012 narrator claims that the Ugandan army must track and capture him. However, the Ugandan government asserts here that while they seek his arrest, he is not inside their borders. Who has the legal jurisdiction to arrest him?

When the events are already as well documented as they were, such investigations are usually trying to be objective in determining how and why things happened rather than what occurred. Who gave which orders and why were the orders given, for example. Pretending the disproportionate use of force isn't obvious in this case would make them incompetent.

TIL that is called Vertigo zoom or dolly zoom. I've always loved that but I called it parallax because I'm much more familiar video game graphics. I imagine this is a technique that is going to be more and more common as drones make it cheaper and easier to get that stable tracking.

your casting is incredible

I know, right?! When I watched season 1 I thought casting Jimmy Tatro as Dylan couldn't be topped. It was clear to me that was a serendipitous, once in a lifetime find. Wow was I wrong. Melvin Gregg as DeMarcus was even better!
