I dont think your being unsympathetic at all. It wouldnt be worth the risk of just then proceeding to pull from your eyebrows or eyelashes because you cannot from your head.

Im repeating another comment of mine but its embarrasing enough having bald patches and it would defeat the purpose of trying to hide it and or avoid confrontation about it by shaving

I dont think that was my comment, about the lap, but this is a throwaway account so Im not really afraid to talk about it which I normally am, having told no one about my trich. Nobody likes having their imperfections pointed out and it doesnt get better when you carry a burden which not many others do, making you feel different. Im glad you got past that tick though!

It varies between case. In my case I pull everywhere but some people just pull from their scalp
