Are you already done with skin grafts? Also, did you have any resection of subdermal fat? I'm sorry if this is a bit rude but as I've just had all the things explained to me on monday I'm pretty interested in it.

You have to wean patients off of glucosteroids, not doing so would lead to adrenal insufficiency with severe to potentially life-threatening effects. High doses of steroids let your adrenal glands atrophy and you have to slowly taper of external steroids so they can keep up with the increased need for own production.
