They should have given you drugs to suppress the hallucinations in this application. It blows my mind that they are just giving you straight ketamine without something to ease the cognitive effects. That is a huge misstep from my perspective.

That said, I hope that you will eventually grow to see those frightening experiences as important to your development as a person. Your reaction is unique, it's yours. You can build on it, turn it to your advantage.

You need help integrating those experiences into your so-called mundane life. A counselor with psychedelic experience could help you tremendously. I don't know how to find such a counselor.
